PRIMAL is a focused kettlebell training class. It will incorporate the classic kettlebell movements: the swing, the clean, the squat, the snatch, the press, and the Get-Up. These movements will be put together in a workout to deliver maximum strength development, mobility
What you can expect in the class is about 10 minutes of warm-up followed by 20 minutes of kettlebell training. The class is designed to deliver maximum results in a short amount of time.
